At OOMA we take great pride in our products and in delivering a professional and personalised service to every client. 

Delivery of Goods 

Timelines

We will endeavour to answer your enquiries within 24 hours.
Once orders are received, they will be despatched within 3 working days from our premises in Napier.

Each order is carefully packaged for delivery and couriered to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All items are checked carefully before packaging to ensure all items leave OOMA in perfect condition.

If your package arrives damaged, please inform the courier at the time of delivery. Claims for damages or loss of goods in transit must be made to the appropriate carrier. We will, of course, assist.

Freight Cost 

Please note that delivery charges apply and are additional to the price of individual items.

Delivery charges are as follows:
New Zealand wide from $5 - $15, depending on weight and size of items.
* Maximums will only apply for larger and heavier items such as handbags.

I
nternational delivery charges are based on location and weight and this information will be calculated based on weight of items ordered prior to order confirmation.

Method

OOMA’s preferred courier company within New Zealand is CourierPost. A signature will be required at the delivery destination. If no one is at the delivery address and during the ordering process you have not specified any Special Delivery Instructions, the courier will leave a card with details for arranging a suitable delivery time. Note: CourierPost does not operate on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Overseas orders are dispatched by NZ Post International Economy Courier where possible, and for a limited number of countries, by NZ Post International Express Courier.  For more information, please click here.  This service takes between 2-6 working days.  This time frame is approximate, as delays can occur as a result of Customs in destination country.

Client Obligations 

It is imperative that during the order process you enter the correct delivery address; if a delivery does not arrive as a result of incorrect information, OOMA is unable to provide a refund. If there is any client error in the address specified and the package is returned to OOMA, redelivery to the correct address will incur a supplementary delivery charge. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to Post Office boxes. Please note that all deliveries must be signed for.

It is the client’s responsibility to promptly advise OOMA if an order is not delivered when expected. We will contact CourierPost for clarification and arrange prompt delivery. OOMA will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.

Cancellations

Due to the amount of work that goes into preparing your item for delivery cancellations will incur a re-stocking fee of 10% once an order is placed. Should you no longer require the products you will remain liable for this payment.

Returns

All returns are to be returned by courier only and in the original packaging. All labels must remain on items and in an intact condition. If labels are removed or tampered with goods will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. For this reason it is essential that you check item for suitability and for any defects prior to removing labels. Delivery charges are not refundable on returns. Prior to returning any item to OOMA please email us at indulge@ooma.co.nz for a Returns Authorization Number. Please state the reason for returning the item.

Refunds

OOMA does not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged, but if an item arrives and it is unsuitable, please contact us a indulge@ooma.co.nz to arrange return of unsuitable items. We will of course meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Back-order Policy

We do not back-order items that we are out of stock of. Items that are currently unavailable cannot be ordered on the store. In the unlikely event you order an item that is out of stock or no longer available, then we will refund your credit card for the cost of the items that are out of stock.

Prices

All our prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. GST of 12.5% is applicable and included to all orders delivered within New Zealand. Overseas orders are exempt from New Zealand GST.
