I was so very lucky to win a Mothers Day gift from this beautiful store. The owner Kathleen spent an hour with us helping us choose a beautiful scarf. Her knowledge of all the items she hand picks to sell in her store is very impressive, and she selects items with great care. If you are looking for a perfect gift, or something for yourself, I highly recommend OOMA. Just fabulous!

The ladies at OOMA are fantastic. Our first visit the staff were super friendly and helpful. My husband purchased a ring for me for Xmas and when I needed it changing the staff were amazing. Super fast service and no questions asked! So lovely to have an issue resolved quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. I've had the most fabulous experiences visiting Kathleen since she opened her beautiful store. Many years ago I purchased a gift voucher over the phone from London as a surprise for my mum who lived in Napier. In the true kiwi style that I missed so much at the time, living away from home, Kathleen hand delivered it! My mum and I still treasure that experience and the beautiful earrings she bought to this day. Most recently I popped in to see Kathleen with a very much worn and cherished pair of earrings I purchased for myself, possibly 20 years ago, hoping to see if they could be repaired. ...their delicate nature had simply worn through...I really loved them! Kathleen set about sourcing a replacement pair from New York and happily handed them to me at no further cost! Her superior service is just first class and we are super lucky to have her here in the bay!! Now to the next generation... I recently purchased a special pair of earrings for my daughter in law's 21st birthday. Please spread the word to everyone who enjoys buying beautiful treasures and indulging in any type of shopping experience, even the blokes.
