Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 to let you know your order is on the way! During the month of August please allow extra time due to limited store opening. In August orders will be processed and shipped twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
STORE PICKUP - from OOMA, 40 Tennyson Street, Napier South, Napier, Hawke's Bay,
NEW ZEALAND. Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE NZ SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using NZ Courier Post.
Flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 applies to orders shipped to Urban Addresses ( excluding handbags) under $250.00. Rural addresses incur an additional $6.00 charge. If your order is over $250.00 and you have a non-rural address, and on regular priced merchandise (excluding handbags), free shipping will apply.
Handbag purchases incur a Flat Rate of $20.00 regardless of value.
Free Shipping does not apply to sale merchandise.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using NZ Post and are shipped Courier Signature Required only. This is a requirement for jewellery to be sent internationally. Should you have items other than jewellery ordered, your parcel will be shipped with a tracked but non-courier option to cover the excess weight of non-jewellery items.

We offer international shipping worldwide. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using NZ Post and are shipped Courier Signature Required only. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OOMA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
